Our Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary depending on the product. For most of our apparel items, the MOQ is 12 units per style and color. For accessories, it's typically 50 units. We do offer sample packs with lower MOQs for initial orders, so you can test the products with your customers.

We ship standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. We also offer dropshipping services for select products. Some products like print on demand require an additional 7 days.

Our wholesale pricing is based on a tiered discount structure. Orders of 100-250 units receive a 40% discount off the MSRP, 251-500 units receive a 50% discount, and orders over 500 units receive a 60% discount. We can provide you with a detailed price list upon request.

We accept payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer. For established partners, we offer net 30 payment terms. All first time orders must be paid before shipping.

We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 30 days of delivery. We offer a one-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any items back.
